New iPad Mini 7.9 "

Posted by sharjil rajput
Since in 2010 it introduced the first iPad, the iPad Mini rumors have been around, but it seemed a very remote option because of the strong conviction that Steve Jobs was unnecessary as it would be. But life goes on, the market changes and people have other needs, so Apple had to modify and amend some of its bases. As a result of this, today we have unveiled its new iPad Mini, the tablet with the guys at Cupertino seek to dominate the market for 7-inch tablets, like they already do with the 10.

The iPad Mini is designed to be a high-end tablet, but opt for a smaller size and a less dazzling hardware, but it seems to be more than enough for the niche market to which it is intended. These are the features:

Dual-Core Processor 1GHz A5 (the same as the iPad 2 and iPhone 4S).
    Screen 4:3 7.9 inches and resolution of 1024 x 768.
    512 MB of RAM.
    16/32/64 GB versions.
    Versions 3G/4G and Wi-Fi only.
    Front Facetime HD Camera.
5-megapixel rear camera without LED flash.
    Thickness 7.1 mm.
    Lightning Connector.

As we see, a very similar hardware to the iPad 2, varying only the screen, camera and 4G.

This tablet will incorporate, as is evident, iOS 6 with full functionality. But what is really interesting is how applications behave in this iPad Mini.

By having the same resolution as the iPad 2, all applications available in the AppStore will work without any problem in this iPad Mini. A very smart move by Apple to avoid problems.

Pricing and Availability

The iPad Mini will be available in both 16/32 and 64 GB and Wi-Fi versions and 4G. Prices are as follows for each model:

      Mini iPad 32 GB Wi-Fi + 4G - 559 €.

Apple rectified and commitment to 7inch

Back in 2010, the charismatic Steve Jobs took the stage as others had done so many times. But that was not a day, was a day that will be marked as "the re-invention of tablets", I mean the presentation of the iPad. Steve Jobs, rest in peace, at the time said the 7-inch tablets were pointless and would never launch a smaller iPad. Since then things have changed a lot.

Today Apple has introduced its iPad Mini, with about 7.9 inches in size, a decision forced by the market itself, something that has also occurred with increasing screen iPhone 5. So far Apple has always wanted to give users what they were perfect, now it is the users who tell Apple they want. That is, have prompted Apple users have to contradict and correct bases have always defended. Not that this iPad Mini is a complete mistake at all. In fact, I think it's the most sensible thing Apple has done in recent years, as if they had done this, they would have lost a great niche market that were occupying the Android tablets.
